Meet The Team
May 10th - Gymnast of the Month for April was shared between Lauren Tracey and Catriona Morton.  They have both shared the same fear of Front Somersaults, both on Trampette, and on floor, but with sheer guts and determination (and a lot of patience!), both girls have overcome their fear and are now a lot happier to do them.  Well Done Catriona and Lauren for never giving up!

March 30th - Lauren Boyle was crowned the March Gymnast of the Month for her huge improvement in skills and effort.  A few months ago Lauren didn't seem to want to do much in her training, but recently she's moved up a few gears and has come on really well.  She has proven herself to be a key team player by stepping up when needed into tumbles and trampette runs when other members got injured, and even managed a Punch front walk out with only 12 hours notice.  Lauren really deserves this month's medal.  Well done!

March 19th - Reminder - Gymfest Dress Rehearsal is at Lasswade on Thursday 1st May 7-9pm.  All attending Gymfest MUST attend this training.

March 13th - Gymnast of the Month for February is Carly Fox. Carly has shown herself to be a great team member as she was called up at the last minute to take someone's place in some of the runs for the Teamgym competition in March.  She has shown increased determination in her training, and things that would have worried her in the past now seem easy. She has shown great improvement in her floor performances and recently won the dance challenge in the gym.  Always smiling and a pleasure to coach, Carly is a very deserving winner of Gymnast of the Month.  Well Done Carly.
